Generally, this involves shuttle mediation where both parties are present (either in seperate rooms in-person – or via breakout rooms on zoom) and where we’ll work to solve the majority of your outstanding issues.

Together, you’ll explore options, work through disagreements, and move toward mutually acceptable resolutions on parenting, support, property, and more.

MOU or Separation Agreement

Once an agreement is reached, it’s summarized in a written Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or formalized into a legally binding Separation Agreement. You’ll have the opportunity to review the terms with independent legal advice to ensure clarity, fairness, and confidence moving forward.
